A per-hole picture of the orebody and how hard the ground is - read by drillEQ from the MWD data every hole already generates.
Every production hole already logs MWD data as it drills - penetration rate, weight on bit, rotation, torque - against depth. BLOCK reads that record into a per-hole picture of the ground, where the rig was drilling blind before.
MWD · PER-HOLE · AGAINST DEPTHHardness reads straight off the penetration rate - soft ground drills fast, hard ground drills slow. BLOCK logs ROP through every hole and reads it back as rock hardness: the ground's resistance, measured by the bit working through it.
PENETRATION RATE · ROCK HARDNESSMWD samples continuously as the hole deepens, so BLOCK resolves the ground metre by metre down each hole - a full hardness profile at the drill's own sampling rate, not one averaged value for the hole.
CONTINUOUS · DOWN-HOLE · PER-METREBecause it comes straight off the rig, BLOCK is measured - not interpolated between sparse samples. Calibrated per rig and bit so a reading means the same thing hole to hole and across the fleet. A standalone record of the ground as it actually drilled.
MEASURED · CALIBRATED · STANDS ALONEA per-hole ore and hardness map, built from the rig's own signals.
